Open a posted Job in Smart Recruiters and navigate to People.
In the left sidebar under screening questions search for a relevant screening question. Example: select "what times of day are you available to teach" and filter the list to only applicants that can teach morning or afternoon.
If you click on a candidate you can review their resume, cover letter, and other application information. Responses to questions such as "which courses do you want to teach?" can be found under More> Screening Questions.
You can create searchable tags that allow you to easily find candidates later. For example, you could tag the candidate with a course number they could teach.
Back in the list of applicants you can see tags that have been applied to the applicants and filter to just those with the given tag.

Want to make guides like this in seconds? Yes, it's really that fast.
