    Click "BOOK NOW" at the top right of the screen.
    To get started, select the calendar icon under "CHECK IN" to select your hotel check-in date.\ \ Note: The discounted group rate is good for three days before and three days after the event dates (Sept 29-Oct 2), based on availability. To extend your stay at the Intercontinental Hotel KC at the Plaza beyond the event dates of September 29-October 2, 2024, you need to contact Samantha Turley, Group Reservations Coordinator for the hotel, at (816) 303-2933.
    A calendar will appear. Click the small arrows on the upper corners of the calendar to navigate between the months. \ \ Once you have select your check-in date and check-out dates, move on to the next step.
    Click the "Rate Preference" field. \ \ IMPORTANT: The correct rate preference is automatically selected ("Group Rate", "Group code: FIN"). Do not select any other category. See the next step for more details.
    The brown circle next to the Group Rate for FinComp indicates it has been selected. You can move onto the next step!
    Under "Are you a travel agent?" deselect the "Yes" toggle as shown below.
    Click "BOOK NOW" to proceed.
    You will be taken to a new page with all of your hotel room options. We've negotiated a discounted block of hotel rooms for you to choose from between $169-179. Choose your room and click "Select" to proceed!
