Navigate to <https://reservations.windstarcruises.com/touchb2b/>

Main Menu

In the upper left corner click [[Main Menu]]

Click [[Find Reservation]]

Tip! Reservation numbers are 8 digits

Click the **[[Res #]]** field and enter **reservation number**

Click [[Search]]

Reservation Tools Menu

The Tools Menu offers actions such as [[Edit]], [[Copy]], [[Cancel]], [[Refresh]], [[Invoice]], [[Payment Link]], [[Travel With]]

Click [[Tools]] menu to take further actions on the reservation.

Click the [[Res # ]]to view the **Reservation Summary**

View Reservation Summary, Invoice Total & Confirmations

Reservation Summary has three views to choose from: [[Reservation]], [[Invoice Total]], and [[Reservation Review]]

Click [[Reservation]] to view the reservation summary.

**Click [[Invoice Total]]** to view price breakdown.\ \ Click [[Per Guest]], [[Invoice Details]], [[Agency Invoice]] to further filter and view price details.

Click [[Reservation Review]] to view Confirmations\ \ Click **Document:** [[Confirmation Guest]] drop down menu to select alternate documents.

Click **Document:** [[Confirmation Guest]] \ \ From this drop down menu you may select [[Confirmation Agency]], [[Detailed Confirmation]], [[Vacation Itinerary]] to view.

Click [[Tools Menu]] to take further actions on the reservation such as [[Edit]] or click the [[X ]]to exit the Reservation Summary.
