Find or create a folder and file in Google Drive when a new file is uploaded for a client in Copilot
This automation depends on having an existing folder in Google Drive with the exact name of a client. If it doesn't exist, it will create a folder in Google Drive with the name of the client.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Created Files"

Click "Create a Webhook" or "Add"

Click the "Webhook name" field.

Label your webhook in Make

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab go to your Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Paste the webhook URL from Make and label the webhook in Copilot

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "file.created"

Back in Make, click "OK" to finish setting up the trigger

Add a new module and select Copilot
