    Finding Missing Photos from an Inspection

    When you go to an inspection and find that there are missing photos, it is possible that some photos may have not finished uploading from your device after you finished your inspection. This can occur if for some reason the inspections application closes prior to all of the photos being sent.

    Navigate to the inspections app <https://inspections.servusconnect.com/login>\ and then Click the "Email Address" field.

    Enter Your email log-in and then click continue.

    Enter your password and then Click "LOG IN WITH PASSWORD".

    Click on the Profile button in the bottom right of the screen.

    Look in the Debug Section of the Profile page.

    If you see a number in the Photos to upload line, then there are still photos on your device.

    You can view the photos that are still on your device by clicking on the "View Photos to Upload" button.

    Or simply Click the "Start Photo Upload" button to begin uploading those photos.

    You will notice the system counting the photos that are uploading once you have click the "Start Photo Upload" button.

    Once that number reaches 0 then all your photos should be sent.

    You can now go back to your Home screen or close the app.
