Tip! The fastest way to get MS-Teams URLs into Confirmed is via MS-Outlook. It will take about 5 minutes.

In MS-Outlook, click a free spot to create a meeting

Type what you want to call your meeting place; then, click "More options"

Activate the Teams meeting switch to indicate this is a Teams meeting

Invite yourself to this meeting

Click "Send"

Back in your Outlook calendar, double-click to re-open that meeting.

Click the Edit menu item

RIGHT-Click on one of the links to join the meeting to pop up a menu.

Click "Copy Link"

Return to the Confirmed - Lets Get Started tab

Click "Microsoft Teams Meeting" to return to the [GetStarted Wizard](https://www.confirmedapp.com/getStarted)
Tip!
Microsoft Teams URLs are long. So if you know how to use a URL shortener (like Bitly), you can shorten your link before the next step.

Click the field; then paste the URL you copied from MS-Outlook

Click "Add"
