Navigate to [https://admin.shopify.com/](https://admin.shopify.com/store/wcr-inc/products?selectedView=all)
Click "Settings"

Click "Shipping and delivery"

Scroll down to Carrier Accounts

Click "Connect account"

Click "Edit"

Mine was set to UPS Retail rates which is why mine was so expensive, so I switched it to my negotiated rates

Click "Submit" to save

I then went into the General shipping rates

And the handling fee you can set to include your time or materials that you use to ship or if you want a cushion in case your dimensions were off on the site.\
To edit that you just click the 3 dots and it will bring up a percentage or set dollar value that you can put in.
