Enter the email address associated with your iTherapyDocs account, and click on the "Request Password Reset" button. 

Next will appear this page, and an email containing instructions will be sent to you to complete the password reset process.

Alert!  Please write down the reset code, you will need it to complete the reset process. 

You will receive in your inbox an email from iTherapyDocs that looks like this.  Click on the link within the email.  

A new webpage that looks like this will open in your web browser. 

Enter the reset code, create a new password, and retype the new password.

Then, click on the "Confirm New Password" button. 

Success!  You will then see this message stating that your password has been successfully updated.  Please use your new password to login. 

Tip! Write down your password or add it to a password manager so that you don't forget it!
