Form Creator

This step-by-step guide will show you how to add form fields to your template on Videosign Contract Creator (VSCC).

Videosign

Click on the Form Creator icon.

Select from the following form fields: - Button - Text field - Radio - Checkbox - Dropdown list - List box - Date field

Button

Click on the Button icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the Button.

Edit field properties.

Your Button field will look similar to this.

Text Field

Click on the Text Field icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the Text Field.

Edit field properties.

Click anywhere outside the field properties box to close it.

Your Text Field will look similar to this.

Radio

Click on the Radio icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the Radio.

Edit field properties.

Click anywhere outside the field properties box to close it.

Checkbox

Click on the Checkbox icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the Checkbox.

Dropdown List

Click on the Dropdown List icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the Dropdown List.

Edit field properties.

Click on the 'x' icon to remove the existing options.

Type in your options.

Click "Add option" to add another.

Add another option.

Click "Add option" and repeat for as many options as you require.

Click anywhere outside the field properties box to close it.

Your Dropdown List will look similar to this.

List Box

Click on the List Box icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the List Box.

Edit field properties.

Click on the 'x' icon to remove the existing options.

Type in your options.

Click "Add option".

Add as many options as you require.

Click anywhere outside the field properties box to close it.

Your List Box will look similar to this.

Date Field

Click on the Date Field icon.

Move the cursor/mouse to the correct place on the document and click once to place the Date Field.

Select format.

Click anywhere outside the field properties box to close it.

Your Date Field will look similar to this.

Save Changes

Click on "save changes" when you've finished adding form fields.

Delete Field

To delete a field, click on it, then click "Delete".
