    Fresh Alliance Reporting Instructions (In Real Time)

        If picking up donations from more than one store location at a time, make sure items remain separated by store during transportation.
        Once you return to your site, continue to keep the items separated by store location (if applicable), then sort and weigh the items by product category (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1J9bGLowip_OwdMU2OYa8enRi2MHSW4U_njdCkMi5pGs/edit?usp=sharing)
        Login to the PWW portal using your agency's login credentials (https://ofb.primarius.app/PWW/Home/Login/)
        Go to the "Agency Pickup" tab
        If you are using a phone or mobile device, the layout will look different. Click on the 3 white lines in the upper right-hand corner, then select "Agency Pickup" from the dropdown menu.
        Find the store you wish to report on, then click "Create Pickup".
        Each of your assigned Fresh Alliance stores should be listed here. Please contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) immediately if (a) there is a store missing, or (b) there is a store listed that should not be. You may also contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if you are unsure about the store location(s) you should be reporting on.
        Click the "Pickup Date/Time" field.
        Click on the crosshairs symbol to select today's date.
        For days that your organization is scheduled to pick up from a store but doesn't (e.g., volunteer is out sick, inclement weather, store has no donations to provide, etc.), you may choose to report it but this is not required. If you do choose to report these instances, write the reason in the Comment field and enter zeros in all Weight fields.
        You may enter the exact or approximate time of pickup if you wish, but this is not required. The default pickup time is set to 12:00AM.
        You may enter notes in the Comment field if you wish, but this is not required.

        For each product category that was received, enter the weight.
        Important: Do not use the Temperature fields.         When done recording data, click "Save".
        If you receive this error message, the system is indicating you've entered a high volume of donations. Click "No", then double check the numbers you've entered to make sure they're correct. If there is an error, please correct it and click "Save". If everything in your entry is correct, you can click "Yes" to the error message. The data will be submitted as normal.
        If you accidentally submit incorrect data, please email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to edit the receipt. In the email, include the pickup date, store, and correction you want made.
        To record additional donation data, click "Agency Pickups" to return to the main page.
