      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select menuPick
      Click "Wards pending Top Ups"

      Fuctions Bookings can only be fulfilled via the functions calendar or ward fulfil

      Fulfil via Functions Calendar

      Click "Functions Calendar"
      You can only fulfil functions bookings through this page. All other top ups should be fulfilled via bulk or ward fulfil
      The Functions Calendar displays all function bookings, including the location name, venue name, and meeting start time. The position of the order in the calendar represents the requested food delivery time. For example, the meeting in Ward 5 on Thursday, July 3rd, starts at 7 am; however, the food delivery should be at 9 am. The meeting ends at 11 am.
      Unfulfilled orders appear in yellow. Orders that are fulfilled appear in green. If you are using top up acceptance, orders that haven't been fulfilled appear in yellow, picked orders that haven't been accepted appear in orange, and accepted orders appear in green.
      Click on the required booking
      You will see all information needed to fulfil the functions booking, including the location, timings and items required. Click the order number to view the full order summary sheet
      Enter the quantity sent for all items
      A green tick indicates the item was picked in full A red triangle indicates variance between what was ordered and what was sent
      Click "Create Delivery Note"
      Enter a comment, if required, and click "Save"
      Depending on your system configuration, you may not be required to or given the option to add a comment
      You will see a summary of the pick Click "Print" and follow your internal printing process, if required
