Enter your username and password and click "Login"

The Kitchen Order Status box shows two graphs: the first shows how many orders have been placed and the second shows how many have been prepared

The Bed Order Completion box shows the status of orders for each bed for the current serving period\

The top section of the box shows restaurant-style orders, and the "Hotel Services" section shows any ad hoc or out of hours orders

Click "?" to view a key for these abbreviations

Select the required serving

You will see a ticket for each outstanding order. Orders are colour-coded by status.

Click on a serving to view orders for it. The servings displayed are highlighted in green. Click a serving again to remove it from the view
In this example, we are viewing orders for lunch and breakfast

The tickets are ordered by serve time by default, with the earliest serve time first in the queue. \

Click "Order by: Serving Time" to change this

You can choose to sort by serving time, order time or status. Click an option to select it

Click "Ward: All Wards" to filter by ward

Click on a status to filter the orders

Click "Prepare" to action an order that has just come in to the kitchen

Click "Ready" when the order has been prepared and is ready to be sent to the patient
