WARNING! This is for informational / custom purposes only. Under normal operating conditions trips should not be edited. Each trip must follow one of the following patterns:

Pickup -&gt; Delivery

Pickup -&gt; Delivery -&gt; Rescale -&gt; Delivery

Pickup -&gt; Delivery -&gt; Pickup -&gt; Delivery

Clicking on a task will open up the side panel.

In the side panel you can see the trip details along with each individual task.

To split a trip, click the white dot and click Split.

Drag a task close to another one to join them in a trip

If you don't want to create a trip, make sure you uncheck the checkbox!

Drag the end of a task to extend the time on-site.

You can enter in a note to explain the change in time on-site.

Clicking on a task will open the side panel where you can delete that specific task.

Delivery tasks cannot be deleted from the scheduling page. To delete a delivery, the order must be cancelled from the orders tab.

In the side panel you can further adjust each task including arrival time, depart time, and travel time. You can also add a note.

By clicking on the "Actions" Button you can add a pickup task or rescale task to the end of the trip. This would be used for split loads / returns.
