Navigate to "Prospects" and click on "Add Prospect" 

Select the source type, for today we are selecting tour as this walk in got a tour with Ben!

Fill in all prospect information and select "optional information" to add more specific info.

Here you can add their branch of interest, what type of membership they are interested in, address phone, areas of interest etc.

When you have added all relevant information click save.  NOTE: Please be very careful about spelling, capitalization and accuracy of information. 

From here you can add another prospect or view the prospect page you just added by clicking "View"

Filter by "Prospects" to make the search easier 

Click on the prospect you are going to update 

Use the edit pencils to update or change any information, or click on "Add Note" to add more general information to the prospect account. (Great for adding interests or highlights covered on the tour)
