    Log in to your school portal as an admin or accountant

    Generate On-Demand Invoice for a sudent

    Click "FINANCE" on the left sidebar menu

    Click "Fees / Bursary"

    Click "Publish / Manage Fees"

    Click "On-Demand Fees" to switch to the tab

    Click "On-Demand Invoice / Collection"

    Use the "Search by Name, Email or Reg. No." field to find the student you wish to generate the invoice for

    In the search results displayed, click the student's name

    Click "New On-Demand Invoice" in the popup/modal displayed

    Click "Add Item" for every payable on-demand item you wish to add to the invoice being generated.\ \ You can add one item twice or multiple times where necessary. The preview and total amount selected will appear to the right (or below on mobile screen) as you select.

    Click "Generate Invoice" under the preview list

    The new invoice is generated.

    View / Print the Invoice

    Click on the name of the invoice to view it

    Click "Print"

    Manually Collect / Record Payment for the Invoice

    If the payment for the just generated invoice has been made via cash or bank payment, you can reconcile/approve the payment immediately to generate the payment receipt.\ \ If the payment is to be made via online payment method, then the payment gateway will take care of the payment approval/reconciliation automatically.

    To approve payment for the invoice, click "Record Payment" next to the invoice
