    Activate "Only Show Assessments with Data."

    Click the name of the assessment you would like to generate the report for.

    Click "Reports"

    Click "Student and Parent Letters"

    Customize the drop downs. For example, you can download the letters in Spanish.

    When you're done, click "Download to PDF" and then print copies to send home!
