Generate Video from Articles with Kapwing

Click "**Create new**" in your dashboard.

Click on this Kapwing AI icon.

Select "**Article to Video**"

Paste your article into this field.

An article preview will load on the right-hand side of the page. \ \ If everything looks as expected, click "**Generate video from this article**"

This page will now display the images and script that will be used for your video. \ \ You can generate new content for each section by clicking the🔄

If you're happy with the video preview, select the video size you'd like to use and click "**Generate video**".

Play the video that's been created and spend some time editing the video if you'd like.

Now you're going to learn how to add AI text-to-speech narration to your video. You can generate up to 8-minutes of text-to-speech audio on the free Kapwing plan.\ \ First, select the first portion of text from the subtitle track within the video editor.

Click "**Audio**" in the left-hand menu.

Select the "**Text to Speech**" option.

Adjust the voice settings in this section shown below.

When you're reading, click "**Generate**"

When the narration audio has generated, you'll see that it's added as a track within the video editor. Click the play button to see how the narration sounds. \ \ Repeat this process for any parts of your video where you'd like to add narration.

When you're happy with the editing and narration of your video, click "**Export**"

Configure the Resolution and Compression Level for your video (leaving them as default is fine) and click "**Export as MP4**"
