      Click "SAPR Manager" in the CWSP Operations App.

      Choose Recipient Level from: All Supervisors Primary Supervisors None

      This determines whether ALL supervisors will receive a survey email (when you send them) or just the primary supervisors, or none.

      Choose whether to Exclude Professional Development Jobs from receiving Surveys. Options are: Yes No

      If you choose to exclude professional development jobs (Yes), any student who is currently at a professional development job will have a survey generated but no recipients will be added.

      To designate a job as a "Professional Development Job", visit the job and click "Professional Development". This must be done before generating surveys.

      This brings up a confirmation screen. Click "Create Survey Records" to continue.
