    Login to Spice Portal using link [spiceinsight.io](https://spiceinsight.io)

    In the Dashboard Page Users can generate Transaction Reports to track the number of transactions generated for a specific time period.

    To generate a transaction report, click on **Transaction**

    Select the **Tenant** for which the report must be generated.

    Select the **EDI documents** for which the report must be generated.

    Tip! Select **All** if the report is to be generated for all EDI documents.

    Tip! There are different ways in which the **date range** can be selected.

    For generating the report for a month, select **Month** and then select the **month** from the dropdown.

    For generating the report for a date range, select **Date Range** and then select the **From Date** and **To Date** in the calendar.

    After selecting the date range, click on **Apply**

    For generating the report for the last quarter, select **Last Quarter**

    For generating the report for the last month, select **Last Month**

    For generating the report for the last 12 month, select **Last 12 Month**

    Once all the criteria is defined, click **Generate**

    Tip! You can click on the **Excel** icon to directly download and view the report in an excel sheet.

    Transaction report details will be published on screen. You can also click on the **Excel** icon to download the report in an excel sheet.
