ISIR Import Report (Real Time)

The ISIR Import Report can be used to see all ISIRs that have been received for your school with the ability to filter for certain fields.

4

Date Range Filter Options

The report will default the date range to display all ISIRs received for the previous three calendar months. This date range can be adjusted by selecting new dates using the calendar tool or by manual entry into the field. The dates can be lowered to see just ISIRs received more recently, or can be expanded as high as one full calendar year to see all ISIRs received during the time period desired.

5

SSN Wildcard Filter Option

The SSN Wildcard field can be used if you are trying to locate an ISIR for one particular student. Any ISIRs that have been received with an SSN not matching what you are searching by will not be listed in the results.

6

Last Name Wildcard Filter Option

Similar to the SSN Wildcard field, the Last Name Wildcard can be used if you are trying to locate an ISIR for a specific student. Any last names listed on ISIRs received that do not match the last name being searched will not display in the results.

7

Award Year Filter Option

The Award Year filter will show only ISIRs that were completed for the Title IV award year that was chosen in the drop down. For example, if 2024-2025 is selected from the dropdown, only 2024-2025 ISIRs will appear in the results.

8

Is Selected (Verification) Filter Option

Is Selected (Verification) can limit results to only ISIRs that were selected for verification if the Yes option is selected. So that you would only see ISIRs not selected for verification you would enter No.

Is Unmatched determines if the report will display ISIRs that have been matched to student record, ISIRs that have not been matched to student records yet, or both. CORE receives ISIRs daily from the Dept of ED, and stores all ISIRs received that list your school code. ISIRs that are not matched to a record when they are received are stored in the system and checked against any new student records until a match is made.

10

V Group Filter Option

The V Group filter will let you indicate a specific verification group that you would like to filter the results for.

11

Executing the Report

Once any desired filters have been selected, clicking Search will execute the report. Depending on the number of ISIRs received for your school this may take a few moments before the results are populated below.
