    Geotab - Edit and Correct HOS Driver Logs in MyGeotab

      Locate the Log You Need to Change

      Click "Compliance" > "HOS" > Logs

      Enter the date range and driver you are locating logs for

      If this window does not pop up automatically, click the "Options" button.

      Click "Apply changes"

      Locate the day with logs you need to change

      Click "View Logs" on that day to get the list of each individual log

      Once open, click the log you need to make changes to.

      There are two options, Assigning the log to the proper driver or ignoring the log, see both methods below.

      Reassign the Log to the Correct Driver

      Once you have selected the log you will come to this screen.

      Since "DRIVE" logs are automatically paired with "ON" logs, you will need to select the option to bulk edit in order to change the driver.

      Click "Replace With" next to driver,

      Click the "HOS Drivers" field and enter the name of the new driver.

      Click the "Annotations" field and add a reason you are making the change.

      Click "Save"

      This window will come up, click "I agree"

      The new driver must accept the log through the drive app for this to be completed. They can do so in the same place they go to verify their logs.
