Start by logging into ClearPoint Strategy at [app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home](http://app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home)

Click the **Chat Bubble icon** found on Element Detail pages, Summary Reports, and OKR Goal pages

Click into the **Discussion Text Area**\
Type “@” to show a **List of users** to mention\
Select the user that you want to **Mention**\
Click **Send** when you are ready

Click the "Notify colleagues with @ mentions. 

Use emojis 🎉

[ ctrl + cmd + space ] on Mac." field.

Click on the **Reply text area** to reply to a discussion thread\
Once you are done, click **Send** to post your reply to the discussion

Click the **Add Reaction** icon to react to a message\
Select the **Emoji** you would like to use\
You can also click on the **Emoji** again to unselect it

Click the three dots icon to **Edit** a comment\
Update your comment accordingly\
Click the **Check icon** to **Save** your edits

Click the three dots icon to **Delete** a comment\
Confirm by clicking the **Delete button**

Click on the **Resolve icon** to **Resolve a Thread**\
Check the **Show Resolved box** to see your resolved discussions\
From here you can click **Unresolve Thread** to reopen a discussion

Click the three dots icon\
Select **Delete Thread**\
Confirm you want to Delete the discussion by clicking the **Delete button**
