Getting Around - My Goals

From your **Control Panel**\ Select **Goals**\ Click on **My Goals**

Choose **Add Goal** from the dropdown menu at the top-right of your screen\ Under **Name**, enter the new **Goal** name, for example, ‘Increase operational efficiency.’\ Select an **Owner** from the dropdown menu\ Choose a **Period**

Navigate to the **Key Results tab**\ You will be prompted to Save your changes\ Click on the **Plus icon**\ Under **Key Result Name**, enter the new Key Result name, for example, ‘Decrease aircraft turnaround time by 20%.’\ Select a **Data Type**\ Set your **Target**\ Click **Save**

Select **My Goals**\ Click the **Expand icon** to update a **Goal**\ You will see a list of all the **Key Results** within the **Goal**\ Update the **Key Results** incrementally by clicking the arrows or using the progress bar\ Click the green check mark to **Save** your changes
