Getting Tracking in our new ProShip Application

This is a new version of ProShip. If you had the former version bookmarked, please discard it and replace it with this version. You will need permission to get to this (which IT will grant). You also have to be in the office or in the VPN for it to work. You do NOT need a user name or password.

Click "Reports"
Click "Shipment History"
Click the Filter
Click this dropdown to change to OrderNumber
this must be changed to Contains. If you look at the OrderNumber column below, you see it uses the WMS order number that includes a -and line number. If you filter to Contains, you only have to provide the order number to get results.
Click this text field.
Click the Apply Filter option
Confirm you got the right order number results, and your tracking is there.
