Navigate to the forked repository you want to update on GitHub.

Select Sync Fork located directly under the green Code button.

A drop-down menu will appear. If your repository is outdated, you'll see a warning here. If not, you can still attempt to update. Either way, hit "Update branch" to synchronize your fork with the remote repository.
