Click "MYSELF"

Click "People"

Click the name of the colleague you want to give an award to

Click "add"

Select the peer recognition award you want to give them and write up a quick note why you are giving them that award

Click "SAVE" to send the award notification to your colleague. Their line manager will be notified too that their team member got an award

The award you've given now shows on your colleagues 'Trophy Shelf' for other colleagues to see
