
Alert! There are two (2) situations when you will use the company's Global Password: Logging in for the First Time, and when a user is Locked Out of the system.

After logging in, click on the drop-down arrow in the upper right hand corner where the user name is shown. 

Select "Set Global Password" from the drop-down list. 

You will see this "Alert" message at the top of the screen.  Create a new password and type it into the Global Password field.  Then, retype the new password once more in the Confirm Password field. 

Don't forget to click the "Save" button. 

Success!  The Global Password has now been changed and can be shared with any user that needs it to access the system.

Tip! Write down your password or add it to a password manager so that you don't forget it!
