Gmail: How to Archive Messages

    Click box next to any emails you would like to archive.
    Tip: You can use the search bar above your messages to show messages from a certain sender or on a specific topic (Example: Building Updates and Meeting Notes)
    Tip: You can select a range by clicking the box of the first message, holding the shift key, and select the last in the range.
    After you have selected your messages, click the archive button to remove them from your inbox.
    To view Archived Messages select "More" from left sidebar.
    Select All Mail
    Click here
    You can use the time menu to narrow your results or add details to the search bar.
    Click your Inbox to get back to your mail inbox again.
