Logging Into GoGuardian

How you log into GoGuardian depends on whether you have Clever access or not. Once you're logged in, everything looks the same regardless! Please choose the option that fits your situation below. #EdTech #GCSStaff Updated 08.2025

GoGuardian

Logging in via Clever (I have rosters in Infinite Campus and/or Clever access)

You will have access to Clever if: - You have rosters assigned to you AND populated with students in Infinite Campus - You have previously requested access and been added

Click the "Clever Links" folder on your toolbar, then click "Clever."

Don't see the Clever Links folder on your toolbar? Be sure you're logged into the Chrome Browser with your GCS account.

Click the "GoGuardian" icon. If you don't see it on your screen, use the search feature.

Logging in via website (I DON'T have rosters in Infinite Campus and/or access to Clever)

You will have NOT access to Clever if: - You don't have rosters assigned to you in PowerSchool - You haven't previously requested access as an un-rostered teacher

Navigate to <https://teacher.goguardian.com/>

Enter your GCS email and GCS password. Click "Log in."

The first time you log in, you'll see this message: *"Incorrect Email or Password. Please try again or click "Forgot your password?"* Click "Forgot your password?"

Enter your GCS email address and click "Reset my password."

This next step is weird but important! 🙃

Click the reset link in your email. You're going to reset your password using YOUR EXISTING GCS PASSWORD. I know, it doesn't make sense. Enter your existing GCS password in both fields and click "Set password."

You'll be prompted to accept the Terms of Service and then will be taken to your GoGuardian Dashboard.
