    Freezing Columns and rows

    FREEZE COLUMNS: Move your mouse to the base of the columns (grey boxes) until it turns to a "Mickey Hand". Click and drag the boarder down to the rows you want to freeze or always see when scrolling.

    FREEZE ROWS: Move your mouse to the side of the row numbers (grey boxes) until it turns to a "Mickey Hand". Click and drag the boarder over to the Columns you want to freeze or always see when scrolling.

    Rotate Text

    Click the cell or cells you want to rotate the text in.

    Click "Format"

    Click whichever format you want for that text.

    Size rows and columns to perfectly fit text

    Double-click the right edge of a column. In this photo I want to resize column B; I double clicked where B and C meet. (Your mouse will look like an arrow in both directions when you are in the right spot.)

    Select multiple cells without dragging

    In this example, I want to select cells B2-E11. I click on B2 since it is a corner cell. Then I hold my shift key and click on E11 (opposite corner of cells I want).

    Viola! The blue area shows everything that is selected. B2-E11

    Insert Checkboxes

    In this example I am inserting checkboxes to the cells I selected in the previous section but you can do this one cell, column, or row at a time.

    Have the Cell or Cells selected where you want Checkbox, then click "Insert".
