Select multiple cells without dragging
In this example, I want to select cells B2-E11. I click on B2 since it is a corner cell. Then I hold my shift key and click on E11 (opposite corner of cells I want).
Viola! The blue area shows everything that is selected. B2-E11
Insert Checkboxes
In this example I am inserting checkboxes to the cells I selected in the previous section but you can do this one cell, column, or row at a time.
Have the Cell or Cells selected where you want Checkbox, then click "Insert".
Select "Checkbox"
