Start by launching your SentriKey Real Estate App.

Tap the Get Access Code button

Then select the lockbox you want to generate a code for

Enter in the assigned to field, this should be the agent's name, company, and any other identifying details

Select the date and time parameters. We are working with FlexCodes® here so you can provide access anywhere from 30 minutes to 31 days. Then tap Get FlexCode.
To grant the access, you will need to use your biometrics or input your PIN code.

Once the code is generated, you can tap the share icon on the top right.

Select through which medium you want to share the code.

Here is an example of a text message that we sent to the agent.

You can now tap done. If you tape the chevron (>) next to 'How to Use This Code', it will give you a step-by-step guide on how an agent uses it.
Grant SentriConnect Access

Start by tapping on the hamburger menu on the top left.

Now tap Grant SentriConnect Access

Select the box

Tap here to enter the user's email address. Remember: if you are a SentriKey Showing Service®** user, you can automatically grant SentriConnect access if the user is registered.

Once you've put in the user's email address and the start/end date and time, tap Grant Access.
You will now use your biometrics or enter your PIN code to confirm the access.

Success! Tap the done button to go back to the app home screen.
