Navigate to [https://expense.zoho.com/app#/home/dashboard](https://expense.zoho.com/app#/home/dashboard)

Click the drop down menu and choose the staff member you would like to delegate access to.  PLEASE NOTE: Your delegate must already be a zoho user.  Also do NOT choose myXP support as we are unable to do expense reports for you.

Click on the start date field and select the date to start delegating (most likely today).

While you can select an end date, we advise leaving this field blank so that regardless of the situation, someone else can submit your report.

Under access type, please select the option that applies.  If you approve expense reports you will need to choose Submit & Approve as the option otherwise Submit Access is fine.
