    Order statuses are divided into 3 groups. Success, warning and error. You can customize status colors in the 'Status colors' panel.

    BigCommerce supports 14 order statuses (https://support.bigcommerce.com/s/article/Order-Statuses?language=en_US#order-statuses). You can customise the message for each status. The message supports HTML tags.
