    Once in SFDC, click the gear icon in the top left corner.

    Click "Setup"

    In the search bar, type "Flows" and navigate to the flows page

    Click "Flow"

    Click "New Flow"

    Choose "Record Triggered Flow"

    Click "Create"

    Under "Object" Type in "Task" and choose

    Under "Configure Trigger", click "A record is created or updated"

    Under "Condition Requirements", choose "Any Condition is Met (AND)"

    Under Field, you will choose where your call dispositions currently map to in SFDC. NOTE* - This will typically be "Call Result" we use Orum Disposition internally here.

    In our case, we use "Orum Disposition" so for this instance, that's what I'll be using.

    Click "Contains"

    Under the "Value" field, you will want to choose all of your answered dispositions or the dispositions you will want to change the lead status for. Sometimes there is a pick list, if not, do "Contains" and then all your answered dispositions (Contains Answered, Objection etc.)

    Do this same process over and over until all dispositions are chosen
