    Sign in with your username and password.

    To create a new lead, click "New Customer" in the top right hand corner.

    Start by entering in the customers pertinent information. If you are selling in Puerto Rico, click the "Puerto Rico Address" box and manually enter in the clients address.

    Click "Assign to" in order to attach the lead to the correct closer.

    Click "Create customer" to move to next step.

    You have now created a proposal card. Click "View Detail" to begin to generate a design and pricing.

    Click here to select Utility Company.

    Select the correct utility company. All of the data for that utility is being pulled in real time Genability to ensure accurate utility rates. If you don't see your utility listed, it may not be eligible for the SOLRITE offering. Please check with support and do not select an incorrect utility for your customer.

    Scroll down to enter the clients KWh usage. You can opt to either enter the monthly or annual usage by switching the toggle. The predictive AI will also generate an assumed consumption amount based on the address entered. Likewise, if you only have a few months of usage the software will auto-fill the rest of the months data. In Texas, please enter in the monthly numbers shown in the customer's Smart Meter Texas portal

    Most homes will be able to utilize the AI design tool. Identify the correct home and click "Run AI Design". If you are working in a market where the AI tool does not function seamlessly, you can toggle to "manual design" mode. Reference the "Generating Manual Design" guide.

    Click on the modules that you want to include in the design. You will notice the system size, offset, and production all changing in real time. The lighter color the modules appear, the better the sun exposure.

    You will see warning prompts if you attempt to build a system above 120% offset, and another warning if above 150% offset. Simply click "Yes" to progress. In Texas, the offset limit is 80%

    Click "Next" when you have a design you want to quote

    Scrolling down, you will see the available battery options. Choose if you would like to quote backup battery OR a grid tied battery (CA only) here.

    Select the desired battery for the project. Keep in mind, the more battery you ad, the better the savings will be for the customer MINIMUM battery ratio:\ CA 1.7kwh per kw of solar\ PR 1.5kwh per kw of solar\ TX 3.3kwh per kw of solar

    Click "Add Adders" IF you want to include any additional work in your quote such as an MPU, unique roof type, EV charger, etc. This is not required to progress.

    Click "Done" when the adders have been selected.

    Scroll down and click "Create Account" to populate quoting options
