Click "My tasks" to see an overview of all Tasks under multiple Spaces.

Click "Activity" to see all activities from your Workspace.

Click the "..." icon to Edit or Remove a Space.

Click the "+" icon to add a List, Folder or Document. We'll start with a new folder.

Give your folder a name.

Click "Create Folder"

Click this icon to expand your Space view.

Click the "+" icon from the newly created marketing folder.

Here you can add new lists and documents to your folder.
