    Navigate to [https://gatech.campuslabs.com/engage/](https://gatech.campuslabs.com/engage/) and ensure you are signed in and setup as a primary officer for your RSO.

    In the sidebar of any Engage page, under your RSO's Organization Tools dropdown, select "Finance."

    Click the blue "CREATE REQUEST" button on the top right of the screen. From the dropdown that appears, select "Create Budget Request"

    Select the funding process that you wish to apply for.

    Include a descriptive title for your request.

    Include a short description for your request.

    Include the total amount requested.

    Click "NEXT".

    Fill out all questions on the application page.

    Click "SAVE AND NEXT" after completing the additional questions section.

    Next, you will be asked to provide the specific line items you hope to request. Be prepared in advance!

    After you have added your requested line items, click "SUBMIT" to finalize your request and submit it for review.
