Guide to Setting Up Notifications in Asana

Click here on your profile in the top right corner of the Asana screen.

Click "Settings"

Click the "Notifications" tab.

Within notifications you can select Do No Disturb days and times or to pause all notifications. *Pausing all notifications is not recommended.

Select which email notifications you would and would not like to receive.

To edit notification settings for projects you are a member of, select what you would like to receive under "Project Notifications".

To make changes to a specific project click "Manage individual projects".

You can choose to receive status updates, message notifications, and notifications for any tasks that get added to that project.

Exit out after making your notification selections.

Exit from Settings to return to your Asana home screen.
