Navigate to [https://bethelabroad.via-trm.com/](https://bethelabroad.via-trm.com/client/dashboard)
2
Click "Applications"
3
Click "Application Content"
4
Click the "Saved Views" dropdown menu.
5
**If you want to see ALL apps (including started but incomplete ones):** - Click "J Session All Apps (Incomplete + Submitted)"
6
**If you want to see all SUBMITTED apps:** - Click "Submitted Jan FLP Apps"
7
**If you want to see only apps that *Student Life has reviewed:*** - Click "Apps Needing Fac Review (SL Review Done)"
8
To filter for your course's applicants, start by scrolling slightly to the right.
9
Then click on the filter icon under the "Program Name" column.
10
Next, click the checkbox next to "(Select All)" so that it (and all programs) unchecked.
11
Then, begin typing your course's name into the Search field.
12
Once your course pops up, select the checkbox next to it.
13
If you want to save this view for future reference, click the "Save View" button.
14
Once you've named your view, click "Save".
Tip! If your screen is displaying too small or too large and you are unable to see student application content, please do the following: 1. Push and hold down either the Command key (for a Mac) or the Control key (for a PC) 2. Then, while holding down the Command or Control key, push the hyphen (-) key a couple of times to minimize the size of the content, or push the plus (+) key to enlarge it.
Next, you have three options for reviewing your course's applications: 1. Open applications individually to review online 2. Download an individual PDF of each application 3. Download a CSV file of info from all applications
Option 1: Individual Online Review
15
Click "FLP January Session Application" next to the student whose application you'd like to review.
16
The student's full application will open in a new tab. You can scroll down to see the rest of the contents.
17
After reviewing the application, on the right hand side of the screen, you can indicate an acceptance decision to me using the "Application Tags" feature. (Note: Selecting an Application Tag won't actually update the student's application status, but I can use the tags to know how to update each student's app status on Decision Release Day - two weeks after the Priority Deadline.) You could also type any "Internal Notes" and add any internal attachments. \*If you add anything here, please **click the blue "Save" button.**
Alert! Because students are able to complete up to 3 applications, Student Life may have only added their notes for a student to one application. If this occurs, I (Kayleigh) have copied/pasted Student Life's notes into the "Internal Notes" box of the student's other applications. If there were significant notes, I also uploaded a PDF as an internal attachment for your review.
18
The list of Application Tags to choose from for indicating your acceptance decision is as follows: - Accept - Accept if Student Life Approves - Reject - Waitlist (You will see other tags in the dropdown list besides those listed above. Feel free to ignore those others.)
19
Again, please be sure to click "Save" if you make any updates in the right hand sidebar (tags, internal notes, etc.).
Option 2: Individual PDF Download
20
Please find step-by-step instructions and a video walkthrough in the Via Faculty Toolkit: <https://help.viatrm.com/how-do-i-download-a-pdf-of-traveler-application-data>
Option 3: CSV File Download
21
To filter the application content displayed in your CSV file, click "Add Columns"
22
Choose which information to display from the pop-up menu.
23
Click "Add Columns" again when you are done selecting.
24
You may also add additional filters by clicking "Custom Filters".
25
Click here to download a CSV spreadsheet file if you'd like one.
Tip! You may also follow steps 13 and 14 to save a view here.
