Navigate to [https://sarahbonnell.smartsandbox.co.uk/#](https://sarahbonnell.smartsandbox.co.uk/#) - use for Sarah Bonnell - or use the URLs for the other new sites as listed above.
Click "Key Info" - or click on any menu to view the sub-menu pages after loading the site - this is just an example.
Click "Policies" - again, as above, click on any page you wish to edit - this is just an example.
Click "Login" - once you have loaded the page you wish to edit; the Login button displays on every page.
Click the "Username" field when the website admin login screen loads - and enter 'websiteadmin' as the user name to commence the log in process.
Click the "Password" field and enter 'realpa55' as the password. Then click 'sign in' to access the page editor.
Now that you are logged in, click the 'edit' button on the bottom right.
The site is hosted on Wordpress - a widely used website hosting platform. Click on 'Pages' to view all pages. DO NOT edit the Home Page.
Once you have clicked on 'Pages', you will see all the site pages, as per the order of the main menus. Scroll down (or use the arrow keys at the top of the listing) to find the page you wish to edit; then click 'edit'.
If you wish to add a file: once the page has loaded, click 'Add media'.
The Media Library (which stores every image and file used on the site - please DO NOT DELETE ANY FILES) will open. Click 'Upload files' in order to upload a new file to display on the site.
Click "Select Files" in order to start the upload process. Upload a file from your device, following the instructions.
In this example, we will assume that the Word Processor Policy has just been uploaded, and will appear in the Media Library.
Click on the file you have uploaded in order to select it to add it to the page you are editing, as a hyperlink.
Click "Copy URL to clipboard" in order to copy the url of the file (Wordpress generates a url for every file uploaded). Note that the next step shows the message that you have successfully copied the url to your clipboard.
Click "Close dialog" in order to navigate away from the Media Library and back to the page you are editing.
Go to the text that you wish to use for your hyperlink, and then click on the hyperlink icon as shown.
After clicking on the hyperlink icon (having already selected the text you wish to link to), you will see this dialogue box. Press 'control and V' to paste in the media file url on your clipboard.
Scroll up (if required) and click the solid 'update' button. YOU MUST DO THIS AFTER EVERY CHANGE YOU MAKE in order for the changes to save.
Then click "Preview Changes" in order to load the page that you have edited - in 'view' (rather than edit) mode.
