Guide to registering learners on courses

Navigate to [https://centrehub.creatiogreen.com/](https://centrehub.creatiogreen.com/)

Once logged in - from the top menu select "Courses"

Click "Courses"

From the course bookings list, select and click on the course you wish to edit and add learners to and click on it.

In the main course form overview click "Learner Registrations and Certificates"

Click "Add a new learner"

Fill in the fields to add a learner.
The only REQUIRED fields are First name/ Last name and Date of birth (note the age of the learner must meet the requirements of the qualification being registered against as per the information on the main form overview)
If you have the information - we ask you to also add the sex, ULN (Unique learner number) - or Scottish candidate number for courses delivered in Scotland.

When finished - click "Create learner and add to booking"

To repeat the process and add more learners - click "Add a new learner"
If any of the learners you are adding have been on previous courses when using Centre hub, they may also be located in the 'Add exsting learners' section to add in this mode.

When you have finished adding learners, click "Return to form overview"

Once all learners have been registered for a course, the form needs to be closed for registrations and submitted back to Leadership Skills Foundation.
This is done by selecting the button "Submit Final Registrations"

The message 'Thanks! You clicked the Submit Final Registrations.......' appears and you can now navigate away or back to the Home page.
The course will be locked for any further registrations - contact our support team if, in the future, you need to add to or amend your registered learners.
A separate instruction page will show you how learners can be selected to claim certificates.
Selecting 'Home' will return you to the main menu.
