Gympass Integration

Under "Gympass", click "Get Started"

On this page, you'll see a list of all your TeamUp venues. Here you'll need to enter a Gympass Gym ID for each location that you would like to sync to Gympass. Note: To connect multiple venues to Gympass, you'll need to request a Network account with them. With a Network account, you'll get a unique Gym ID for each location.

To get your Gym ID (or IDs), log into your Gympass partner portal: [https://partners.gympass.com](https://partners.gympass.com) If you just have one location in Gympass, copy the ID from the Units ID bar. In the example below, we are logged into a Network account, so the bar shows multiple IDs, but if you just have one location, the bar will show a single ID. If you can't see all the Gym IDs in the bar, click "View all" to display the full list.

Return to the TeamUp tab in your browser and enter the Gym ID you copied in the previous step under the desired venue. If you need to sync more locations, simply head back to the Gympass tab, copy the IDs and add to TeamUp as needed.

Click "Connect".

If you've entered an incorrect ID, you'll see a popup and a message under the venue letting you know. If you entered other IDs correctly, you'll see a green checkmark under the venue. To fix the invalid ID, enter the correct code and click 'Connect' again. Alternatively, you can click 'Close' or leave this page--you'll be able to access this page and add the missing Gym IDs later.

Once you've connected the desired locations successfully, you'll be redirected to the Integrations page. From the Options menu, you'll be able to manage the integration settings, go to Gympass and disconnect from Gympass.
