    Navigate to [https://otis.osmanager4.com/KSU](https://otis.osmanager4.com/KSU)
    Hover over "Training" on the left sidebar and then Click "Groups".
    Click this text field. Start typing the name of your group if you have multiple or select it below if you can see the group you want to edit.
    Click "Search"
    Click the group you want to edit.
    Click "Requirements"
    Click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the training you want to edit.
    Click "Assign Schedule" to edit that course schedule on a person by person basis.
    Click "Edit Schedule" to edit and override the global schedule to a group schedule's start, end dates, and days until due. This likely will only need to be set once and **ONLY** if you are changing from the Global dates.
    Click "Cancel" to leave here or "Save" to set those new dates for your group.
    To "delete" a requirement. We will click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the training you want to edit. Click "Delete" **ONLY** if you want to remove that requirement from your group.
    Click "ADD REQUIREMENTS" if a requirement is not listed for your group.
    Click this text field to search for a specific training requirement.
    Start typing the name of the training for this example we are looking for the University Laboratory Safety trainings. Start by typing the name until you see the course you are looking for.
    To select a course click it and it will add it to the right hand side.
    There are 3 examples we want to look at. Most courses should have a -0, -365, or -1095. These are the retrain frequencies in days. These are already set up in the system. -0 means it is to be taken once. -365 means it will be due again in 365 days after completion or yearly. -1095 means it will be due every 1095 days since last completion or every 3 years. We will then click save once all new requirements have been added to the right hand side. Close to cancel the changes.
    Click "Close" to discard the changes. Click "Save" to add these courses as new requirements for the whole group.
