In this Scribe we are going to go through some of the info you can pull from Seller's about the Happy Hollow. We will learn how to look up photos of a Happy Hollow, Look up Specs for installation and shipping, and finally how to check inventory to see if we have them available.

Navigating Seller's and Looking up Photos of Happy Hollow

Open Seller's. [https://seller.playgrounds.com/dashboard](https://seller.playgrounds.com/dashboard)

On the Home Page of Seller's you will see a Blue Menu on the left hand side. Let's start with clicking on Product Database.

That will drop down this smaller menu.
Click "Product Database" again.

Now that you are in Product DataBase go to the top right corner and type Happy Hollow into the Product Database Search Bar. Press Enter.

Now you will see several options of different links to do with Happy Hollow's. Scroll down to the bottom left hand side of the page and
click "Happy Hollow".

From the top of the page down you can find lenth, width, height, foot print of the structure, dealer price, msrp.

Below the dimensions of the structure you can click on the Over Head and the Packing List and Install Guide located on the left hand side.
Overhead will always have to be downloaded to view. Packing list and Installation Guide can be viewed and printed without downloading the file.

You can view the Packing List and Install Guide to to answer customer's questions about installation and unpacking the product.

Below that you can find pictures of all sides of the Happy Hollow. Just click which angle you would like to view.

After you have clicked the image you can scroll left or right to view the rest of the pictures.
Finding the Specs and Dimensions for Shipping and Istallation

After scrolling down a little farther you can view the Freight Dimensions so you can tell your customer how big it is, so they can figure out the best way ship it. Answer questions about how it will be shipped and how to unload and what to have ready for installation if applicable.
Checking Inventory/ Availability of Happy Hollow

Now we will check the Inventory of the Product to see if we have it here to ship out to the customer. Start by clicking In Stock Inventory at the top of the Blue Menu.

This will open the In Stock Inventory page. Now we will type in Happy Hollow into the search bar in the top right hand corner.

This will pull up all 3 links with pieces of product associated with the Happy Hollow. The first 2 are mounts that go with the structure depending on which one is ordered. We are going to click on the 3rd link the says Happy Hollow.

Inventory shows 0 Primary available so we will click the little plus sign here to display all orders with Happy Hollow's and upcoming containers with Happy Hollow's on them.
