Help guide to joining FREE trainings and peer support as a PA with Hertfordshire Direct Payment Support Service

**Hover over the Personal Assistants tab and click on "PA Peer Support" to view all upcoming sessions.**

**To register for FREE , click "click to book" beside the session you would like to join.**

**Click "Register" to complete a short form to receive the access details to the session to your email mailbox.**

**Once you have completed the registration form, click "Register".**

**You will shortly receive an automated email with automatic access details to the online meeting, keep this email to enable you to join easily on the day.** **When you are ready to join the session, click "Join event" to launch Microsoft Teams in your browser.** *If you are attempting to join from a phone, you will require the Microsoft Teams App which is available for free on the App store.*

**Click "Continue on this browser" when prompted.**

**You will be entered into the virtual "waiting room" where you are able to select to turn on your camera and microphone or to keep these turned off for the call.** **Click "Join now" to be entered into the session.**
