To trigger a manual sync, click "Sync Leave Request"

"Successfully Run" will appear on the top right hand side. 

From time to time, you may need to trigger the manual sync for Leave. We schedule the daily sync at 9pm local time, but if you need to get the latest time off / leave requsts, then follow the process below.
