The hibernating functionality should only be used if a member has sadly passed away, move to another club, no longer playing etc. This feature is NOT to be used as an alternative to de-duplication. If a member has more than one record, please use the de-duplication functionality to merge their records.

Tick the checkbox beside the member who you wish to hibernate. Click Member Actions> Hibernate/Unhibernate. Click "Hibernate/Unhibernate"
From the 'Reason' dropdown, choose why you are hibernating the member. Click "Deceased"
    Click the "HIBERNATE" button.

The member will be removed from all teams & groups and will have any match official codes or privileges removed. The member will no longer appear in your member list unless you actively search for them using the 'Member Status' filter.
