    Hibernating membership options

        Click "Membership" then "Membership Options"
        Click "Membership" then "Membership Options"

        Click "Hibernate" on the membership option you want to delete, then "Confirm"

        To view hibernated membership options click the 'Status' dropdown and select the Hibernated check box
