Navigate to Pages in your app

Find the grid view you want to update

Click grid view to edit settings

Click Add Columns for fields and links

Click field or drag to your grid view

Once column has been added, you can edit or drag to move

If you don't need to see the column, you can click the trash can icon to delete the column from the grid

Click the arrow to return to previous grid settings screen

Under "Keyword search" select which fields can be searched from the dropdown
