How-to: Create a private customer manually

Click "Customers" on the left navigation

Click "Create Customer"

Click and set the status to "Active"

Click and select "Private" as your customer type

Fill out all the relevant customer details

Set the primary user by either selecting an existing user or creating a new user. The primary user will be the admin of the Customer for Spirii Business.

When creating a new user, fill out the relevant fields in the pop-up. For private customers, it's not necessary to set a company or password. So just leave it blank for now.

You're almost there 💪 Click "Create User"

Fill out the relevant billing details of your customer. Selecting Credit Card, the customer will have to enter their credit card details via the self-servcie portal before the order can be fulfilled. Selecting "Invoice" means that the billing handling is done elsewhere

That's it: Click "Create Customer" and you're done 🙌
